If you opt in on the request form, Otterview Commercial Capital may text you about your funding request: confirmations, follow-up questions, document reminders and scheduling a call.

Consent to texts is given by checking the consent box on the request form. It is not a condition of sending a request or of any funding decision. You may take it back whenever you choose.
Frequency and carrier charges
The number of texts Otterview sends depends on where your request stands. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming the opt-out and no further texts unless you opt in again.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
